Mr. J H Madan Srinivas
Founder & Trustee
Mr. J H Madan Srinivas, B.Sc (Hons), FCA, LLB, ACMA, DISA is a practicing Chartered
Accountant, proprietor of Madan & Co Chartered Accountants Bangalore since 1986.
He is actively involved in social activities, and a former promoter Trustee of Educait
Charitable Trust, Bangalore. He is the promoter Trustee of Aganita India Foundation.
Mr. Gururaj S Thali
Trustee
Gururaj S Thali is a Post graduate in Civil Engineering from the India Institute of
Science, Bangalore. He has the distinction of crerating an Engineering Design
Consulting Company Potential Service Consultants Pvt Ltd from its inception in 1987 till
2010. At present he is the chairman and Managing Director of Innotech Engineering
Consult Pvt Ltd, a structural design consulting Company
Mr. Radhakrishna Hegde
Trustee
Mr. Radhakrishna Hegde, retired from BSNL is actively involved with the Lions club in
various social, educational development activities of the club and he is also vice
president of the Telecom Employees Co-operative Society Limited, Bangalore
Mrs. Vandana Rao
Trustee
Mrs. Vandana Rao, MA (English), B Ed is a former Trustee of Educait Charitable Trust and
is presently the founder Trustee of Aganita India Foundation.
Dr. N Suresh
Trustee
Dr. N Suresh holds a doctorate in mechanical engineering. He was an associate
professor in mechanical engineering at BMSIT Bangalore. Post retirement he is actively
involved with teaching science students and conducting awareness programs for the
Bureau of Indian Standards
